Shipping Policy

Currently we only offer shipping within the UK and aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days.

We are working on being able to ship globally. In the meantime if you'd like to get your hands on our products and don't live in the UK, please email shop@horace.studio and we'll do our best to help.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of any underwear unless it is deemed faulty when received. Please inspect your order carefully and contact us within 14 days (ideally immediately if you can) if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Simply email shop@horace.studio so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@horace.studio.
